Jessica Pleasants entered the design and construction industry in 2007, shortly after graduating from George Washington University. Jessica initially specialized in public relations and marketing in the New York offices of FXFowle Architects and SOM, among other organizations. In 2013, she shifted her focus to construction management: As a project manager at Godwin Residential Construction, she played a critical role in centralizing operations so that company policies and procedures would be executed across all project sites. Jessica also introduced new visualization tools to ensure that consistency. At POP, she champions transparency and communication to achieve uniformly high-quality, cost-efficient results.
