POP is a lifestyle-driven architecture studio with a focus on sustainability launched in New York in 2018 with residential, commercial, and institutional projects, and enhanced in 2020 with a presence in rural northwestern Connecticut. Our projects are uniquely responsive to the needs of clients.

We begin every project with a period of dynamic and playful interaction, in which needs and aspirations are transformed into a highly detailed concept. makeup—Okan and Jessica are married with young children—as well as its multidisciplinary organization. Representing expertise in architecture and construction, Okan and Jessica practice a robust creative process in which innovation and comfort are equally informed by budget and project management.
Our unique structure not only ensures the constructability and overall value of every design, but also supports a shared vision of design excellence. We also use Building Information Modeling to integrate the design and construction process, which minimizes errors and improves efficiency.
